Why THIS is my most powerful energetic technique

Water.
My most effective energetic tool. Through it we can find fluidity, clarity and vitality.
I’m warning you now. This may get a little personal, but it’s important you understand just how instrumental this technique is in my daily life so you can begin to use it in yours.
I shower twice a day. Why? Well, I do this for both hygienic and energetic reasons. I view them as one in the same. I encourage you to place energetic hygiene in your realm of awareness and incorporate it into everyday rituals. It’s equally as important as brushing your teeth.
I treat my room as a sanctuary. Before I even enter this sacred space, I rinse my feet. Your feet are the exit point of negative energy, other people’s energy, and the excess energy that collects over the course of your day. It’s similar to washing your feet before entering a temple. These are ancient practices with good reason. You don’t want to carry any of this into your room. Your room is best as a place of healing.
We’re energetic beings and our energetic hygiene matters, maybe even more than our physical hygiene. Follow my guidance and you’ll see how they come together, so you can naturally weave this technique into your daily routine.
Elevate your water, elevate your energy.
Water is the central element in my energetic hygiene ritual. Here are three ways to use it in yours.
Showers
Take one just after you wake up and one before getting into bed.
At night, your intention is to clean off the day, emotions, energy, and experiences you don’t want to hold on to. This is the time to think about beauty and gratitude. Avoid negative thought spirals at all costs.
In the morning, your intention is to start the day fresh and free from the energy accumulated during your dreams. There’s so much energy processing taking place while we’re in our sleep state (I could write a whole other blog post about this!).
Hydration
Drink clean, filtered water. Drink a ton of it. Not only is it amazing for your physical body, it’s essential for moving stagnant energy and tension out of your system. Because filters strip both the good and bad from our water, remineralizing is a must. Add a bunch of natural minerals. Distilled water is the best water we have access to, but filtration is the real key. Reverse osmosis water is my go-to.
